Hello, I’m Jonathan. I’m an author and poet who writes for children (and big children).

I love words. I love the fun you can have with them, and the stories you can tell. No one owns words, they’re yours to do as you wish with, and I like using them to put smiles on faces.

My poems can be found HERE on this website, on Instagram and You Tube (see links above and below), flying high on The Dirigible Balloon, as well as in magazines around the world from The Caterpillar in Ireland all the way to The School Magazine in Australia.

My picture book, POLLY PLUM - BRAVE ADVENTURER, can be found with all good book sellers. My longer stories can be found if you look incredibly hard for them, or just ask me.
